Srinu Vaitla, once known for his blockbuster comedy entertainers, went through a rough patch with several flops. After a five-year break he returned with Viswam starring Gopichand.
Though the film received an average response, it managed to recover its investment. Srinu Vaitla is known for making films within a tight budget which makes him a reliable director for producers.
Now, he is planning his next project, and the good news is that Mythri Movie Makers, one of the top production houses in the Telugu film industry, has come on board to back the film.
The script has been written by Bhanu and Nandu, the successful writers behind hits like Samajavaragamana and Single. Srinu Vaitla has already approached two young heroes for the lead roles.
Discussions are currently in progress, and once finalized, the movie is expected to go on floors early next year. Fans are hopeful for a strong comeback.
