Sivakarthikeyan is all set to team up with director duo Pushkar–Gayathri for their next film after Vikram Vedha.
Though not officially announced yet the story and screenplay are reportedly complete and pre-production work has already begun.
A leading production house is backing the project, and Sam CS will compose the music. According to Hindu Tamil, location scouting and casting are expected to start soon, with a pooja ceremony likely to be held to launch the film. Sivakarthikeyan is said to be allocating dates for the project.
However this development has raised questions about his previously announced film with director Venkat Prabhu which was expected to begin after Parasakthi.
With the Pushkar and Gayathri film moving forward fans wonder if the Venkat Prabhu project will be delayed or shelved or if Sivakarthikeyan plans to manage both simultaneously.
Meanwhile Parasakthi is being filmed in Pollachi and Madharasi is set to release on September 5th.
