Simu Liu stated in an interview that it is “such a natural thing for an actor to look at Bollywood and to want to, you know, kind of participate and want to be a part of it in some way.” There is such music, songs like singing and dancing, like, you know, the actors are, are performing and they are singing, and there have to be such triple threats.

He went on to emphasise how keen he was to make it happen by specifically expressing his wish to appear in a Bollywood dance performance. “So, yeah, I’m putting it out there,” Simu Liu continued. I’d like to appear in a Bollywood film. I’d like to take part in a Bollywood dance routine. I really want to make it happen, um.
