Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, Pathaan is scheduled for January 25th release. As the film marks the return of Shah Rukh Khan to silver screen after three years, the expectations on the film are massive among audience. Being directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan’s first look teaser which was released on November 2nd on the eve of Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday has lavish production values.
The first look promotional video gives hint that the film is going to be an intense action thriller. Pathaan co-stars long leg beauty Deepika Padukone as the female lead. Noted actor John Abraham will be seen in a negative shaded character in Pathaan. Though the first glimpse of Pathaan has Prabhas and director Sujeeth’s Saaho shades, overall the promo got good applause from the netizens and moviegoers.
As per the reports, Pathaan post-theatrical streaming rights are bagged by reputed digital platform Amazon Prime Video. Reports suggest that Pathaan will have an OTT streaming on Amazon Prime Video only eight weeks after the theatrical release of the film. Being bankrolled by Yash Raj Films banner owned by Aditya Chopra, Pathaan is said-to-be the most prestigious project from the production house. As director Siddharth Anand already delivered a blockbuster success with the 2019 film, WAR, the hype on Pathaan are high among the trade circles as well.
