Arjun Sarja introduced his daughter Aishwarya Arjun to Telugu cinema with “Seetha Payanam”. The film first began with Vishwak Sen as hero, but after he left, it gained more attention. It released today (February 14). Let’s see how it turned out.

Seetha Payanam Story: Seetha (Aishwarya Arjun), a chef, travels from Vizag to Hyderabad for a workshop and meets Abhishek (Niranjan) on the way. Their journey takes unexpected turns, leading Seetha to realize an important life truth. The film “Seetha Payanam” shows what happens next.

Performances: Aishwarya Arjun looks good and performs with maturity, especially in emotional scenes. Niranjan delivers a decent performance with two different shades. Sathyaraj, Prakash Raj, Kovai Sarala, and Siri Hanmanth do justice to their roles. Dhruva Sarja’s action scene is good but feels slightly forced due to weak background setup.

Technical Aspects: The cinematography by Balamurugan is good and visually rich. Anup Rubens’s music and background score are average. Production values are strong, but the editing has noticeable jerks.

As a director, Arjun Sarja adds many elements and messages. While the film sincerely talks about human values and relationships, too many messages affect the overall flow.

Analysis: Not all films need to follow a commercial template. Even if it feels a bit slow, “Seetha Payanam” is a sincere, message-oriented attempt. Arjun Sarja’s honest direction and Aishwarya Arjun’s fresh performance make it worth a theatre watch.
