Savitri biopic Mahanati gets release date!

Mahanati, biopic of legendary actress Savitri has been in the production for almost a year now. Keerthy Suresh is acting as Savitri in this film. Naga Anvesh in directing the movie and the team announced the release date today on the occasion of the actress’s birth anniversary.

The movie team released a teaser featuring the powerful punch lines of the actress from various iconic films. The teaser features the iconic Mayabazaar scene where Savitri opens the priyadarshini to view her love of life as Sashirekha. The idea looked completely creative with the hands of an young actress, presumably Keerthy Suresh opening the priyadarshini and we see particles forming the logo of the movie, Mahanati and the release date.

The producers have planned to release the movie in Telugu and Tamil at the same time on 29th March, 2018. The movie has Keerthy Suresh, Dulquer Salmaan, Shalini Pandey, Samantha Akkineni, Prakash Raj in important roles. The story is projected to be the most powerful one of a woman who won hearts despite many issues and it is said to be an inspiring film for women out there.
