Sanvikaa best known as Rinki from the popular show Panchayat, shared a cryptic message on her Instagram Story talking about the lack of respect and equality in the entertainment industry.
She didn’t mention anyone directly. Sanvikaa plays the daughter of characters played by Raghubir Yadav and Neena Gupta in the show. She will be seen again in Panchayat Season 4 which releases on Amazon Prime Video on June 24th.
Sanvikaa whose real name is Pooja Singh, became well-known after the success of Panchayat. Ahead of the new season, her emotional post caught fans attention.
In her note, she wrote that being an insider or from a powerful background might have made things easier especially in getting basic respect and being treated equally.
Sanvikaa’s role as Rinki and her romantic angle with Jitendra Kumar’s Abhishek in the series has been loved for its simplicity and real-life feel, especially the rooftop scenes.
