Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for his impactful films, has only made three movies so far, Kabir Singh, Arjun Reddy, and Animal. These films have attracted enthusiasts as well as people with complaints. Surprisingly, it has come to light that Animal was initially written with a crossover scene between Ranbir Kapoor’s character Ranvijay Singh and Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh.
The scene was to be enacted after interval where Ranvijay is rushed to the hospital due to an encounter. In this scene, the character of Kabir Singh would be playing the doctor who is treating him. And Sandeep Reddy Vanga had intended a very funny and thought provoking dialogue between these two characters.
However, because of the problems with the shooting schedule concerning Shahid Kapoor, this rather promising crossover had to be cancelled at the last moment. The notion to build a multiverse for characters created by Sandeep Reddy Vanga is inspiring and would be interesting to both the audiences and the movie lovers out there. Unfortunately, this crossover did not happen this time, but in the future, there might be a chance to repeat it when Animal Park starts filming.
