Sharwanand is going through a slow phase in his career with a few of his films delayed despite nearing completion.
He had signed a mass entertainer, Bhogi directed by Sampath Nandi and the movie had already completed two shooting schedules. However the film has been on hold for the past three months due to unknown reasons.
Reports suggest that Sampath Nandi has now approached Gopichand with the same script and discussions are underway. If everything goes well an official announcement will be made soon.
Bhogi is produced by KK Radha Mohan. Gopichand and Sampath Nandi have previously collaborated on Gowtham Nanda and Seetimaar and this would be their third film together if finalized.
Meanwhile Sharwanand is busy finishing Naari Naari Naduma Murari, directed by Ram Abbaraju and an untitled sports drama by Abhilash. Both films are expected to release next year.
