Samantha’s next postponed

Star heroine Samantha has a couple of interesting projects in the pipeline. One among them is a female-centric thriller, Yashoda. Being directed by newcomers Hari and Harish, the film is scheduled for an August 12, 2022 release.

Meanwhile, the latest we hear is that the film’s release is postponed. The exact reason behind the film’s postponement is yet to be out. An official announcement regarding the same is expected to be out shortly. This said to be a pan-India project also stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in a key role.

Senior producer Sivelenka Krishna Prasad is producing Yasodha under his Sri Devi Movies banner.
