Rama Raju of Mallela Theeram lo Siri Malle Puvvu fame is coming with his second film Oka Manasu now. Niharika Konidela is making her debut with the movie. Naga Shaurya is playing the lead role along with Niharika. Meanwhile, during the promotions of the film some interesting details about the movie were revealed and it is learnt that the film was initially offered to Samantha.
But Samantha who was busy with continuous projects in both Telugu and Tamil languages declined the project. Rama Raju even approached Regina Cassandra for the heroine role Sandhya, but things did not work.
