Bathukamma, a new Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan song in Telugu, features Pooja Hegde celebrating the floral festival with Salman Khan as a guest.
Salman Khan has released a new song from his forthcoming film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. In the Telugu song Bathukamma, he wears a mundu for the first time. Pooja Hegde is seen celebrating the Bathukamma festival with Venkatesh Daggubati, Bhumika Chawla, and others. She is surprised when Salman arrives with his entourage of friends/family members, which includes Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Siddharth Nigam, and Raghav Juyal.
Bathukamma is a Telangana floral festival where women celebrate and worship Goddess Sati using exotic flowers from the region. The song was performed by Santhosh Venky, Aira Udupi, Harini Ivaturi, Suchetha Basrur, and Vijayalaxmi Mettinahole. The song was written by Kinnal Raj and Harini Ivaturi and composed by Ravi Basrur, with Hindi lyrics added by Shabbir Ahmed and Ravi Basrur.
On YouTube, many people praised the song. “This song is unique and cultural,” one fan wrote. “As a South Indian, I would like to thank Salman bhai,” one fan wrote. He is the only Bollywood celebrity who represents South Indian culture. Not only does he represent South Indian culture well, but he also represents Indian culture well.”
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, directed by Farhad Samji, also stars Jagapathi Babu, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Jassie Gill, and Vinali Bhatnagar. Three other songs from the film have already been released. While Salman is seen doing the Bhangra in the Punjabi dance number Billi Billi, his dance moves from Naiyo Lagda and Jee Rahe The Hum have become social media meme fodder. The film will be released in theatres on April 21.
