Salman Khan has stepped up his security and shifted to a bulletproof Nissan Patrol Vehicle in response to death threats.
One of the Bollywood A-listers with a strong fan base is Salman Khan. Yet, the actor has frequently found himself at the centre of disputes, and he is currently even getting death threats. Lawrence Bishnoi recently made a threat to As Khan, shocking Bollywood. Salman Khan reportedly changed his vehicle to a pricey, bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV in order to keep secure.
A crew member of the Tiger Zinda Hai actor received a death threat via email last month. Mumbai police increased security outside the actor’s Galaxy residence as a result. Even so, the police filed a complaint in accordance with IPC sections 506(2), 120(b), and 34. Even convicted gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Rohit Garg, and Goldie Brar were charged by Mumbai Police with sending the emails to the actor’s office.
Salman Khan was recently seen at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai’s opening ceremony. Hollywood and Bollywood celebrities graced the red carpet at the event, which was attended by a star-studded crowd. The actor reportedly came for the ceremony in a bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV. Khan seemed to be attempting to maintain his safety despite the dangers that prompted him to switch cars.
Salman Khan’s new bulletproof car has reportedly taken the place of his bulletproof Toyota Land Cruiser LC200, according to a report. The Patrol cannot be purchased via Nissan in India, so the Dabangg actor must have imported it on his own dime. The car is among the greatest fireproof cars and is well-liked in South East Asia and the Middle East.
Moreover, the Nissan Patrol is said to have B6 or B7 levels of protection. The 41 mm thick glass used in the B6-level protection makes a person in the automobile safe from even a powerful weapon. The B7-level, on the other hand, features 78 mm thick glass that offers protection from armour-piercing bullets. Although the car is safe, you would be surprised by how much it costs. Salman Khan has added a vehicle to his collection that cost about Rs 2 crores.
