He was not even aware of it! Please have someone tell him to stop talking and mind his own business.
In front of the camera, Aamir recites dialogue that was written by someone else; Russell Peters calls him “an actor, not even a real artist.” Russell voiced scepticism over the proportion of interviewees who got the joke.
Not just Russell, but other celebrities, criticised Aamir. Aamir’s coworker on the movie Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahi, Pooja Bhatt, expressed her “appallment” at his “sudden self-righteous mode.” The actress also referenced Aamir’s other flicks and brought up the “double meaning” song Bhaag DK Bose from Delhi Belly.
