Bollywood star heroine Alia Bhatt played the female lead opposite Ram Charan in recently released SS Rajamouli’s pre-independence patriotic drama, RRR. But as a sweet shock to fans, Alia Bhatt’s role is limited to a couple of scenes and her character is also not designed in a proper manner.
Meanwhile, for the past few days news has been circulating among the film circles that Alia is not happy with the way she is showcased in the movie and it is the reason behind her ignoring RRR post-release promotions. Giving clarity on the rumours, Alia Bhatt this afternoon shared an Instagram story in which she wrote:”In today’s randomness I’ve heard that I apparently deleted my RRR posts because I’m upset with the team. I sincerely request everyone not to make assumptions based on something as random as an Instagram grid. I ALWAYS realign old video posts from my profile grid because I prefer it to look less cluttered. I am eternally grateful that I got to be a part of the world of RRR. I loved playing Sita, I Loved being directed by Rajamouli sir, I loved working with Tarak and Charan,I Loved every single thing about my experience on the film. The only reason I’m bothering to clarify this is because Rajamouli Sir and the team have put in years of effort and energy to bring this beautiful film to life and I refuse to let any misinformation around the film and experience slide”.
With her statement, Alia Bhatt cleared the air and rubbished all speculations. Recently, Alia Bhatt wrapped up the shooting for her upcoming pan-India project, Brahmastra and will be joining forces with NTR for Koratala Siva’s film soon.
