Ravi Mohan’s bungalow in Injambakkam, Chennai has landed in trouble. According to reports, three private bank officials pasted a seizure notice on the house because loan installments were not paid for 11 months.
Reports say Ravi Mohan had taken a huge loan while buying the bungalow, but the dues kept piling up. The notice mentions that over Rs. 7.60 crore is still unpaid.
This is not the first issue. Earlier, production house Touch Gold Universal also took legal action, claiming Ravi Mohan received a Rs. 6 crore advance for two films but acted in other projects instead.
They too had sought confiscation of the bungalow. Now, with the bank stepping in, the problem has worsened.
Ravi Mohan recently launched his own production company and is working on a film titled Ordinary Man. Fans worry that these financial troubles could affect his career.
