Rajni’s 2.0 records never before pre-bizz!

Rajnikanth is known for being the biggest superstar of South ever. He with Baasha became the greatest star from South who is liked by millions from all the four languages. The actor is mostly known for making huge films and he decided to unite with Shankar. Shankar and he delivered movies like Sivaji and Enthiran which have become huge blockbusters. Now the director and actor are back with the sequel to their popular sci-fi thriller, Enthiran, 2.0.

The movie has completed shooting barring a song and the pre-release business has started long before the release. The makers Lyca Productions have been looking for suitable offers from many in Telugu, Hindi and other languages. Finally, they have completed selling the rights in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for the movie.

The movie is said to have been sold to Global Cinemas for 81 crores and 9 crores GST will be paid by the distributors post the release of the movie. N. Ramalimgam confirmed that they have sold to a record breaking price but he did not confirm the amount yet. Filmmakers wanted to release the movie for Diwali first but as they needed a date that is free in all the languages and they also decided to give more time for VFX studios to complete the post production. Amy Jackson, Akshay Kumar are working in other lead roles and it will release for 25th of January, 2018.
