Radhika Apte Welcomes Her First Child

Radhika Apte known for her bold nature in Indian cinema, has also acted in Telugu films, sharing the screen with Balakrishna twice.

However she once hinted at feeling uncomfortable on the sets during those projects. Now she is making headlines for a happier reason, she recently became a mother.

Radhika welcomed her first child a week ago and shared the news on Instagram.

She posted a picture of herself breastfeeding her baby and captioned it, “First work meeting back after birth with our one week old at my breast”. However, she hasn’t revealed the baby’s gender.

Radhika has been married to British violinist and composer Benedict Taylor since 2012. The couple kept the pregnancy private, but Radhika was spotted with a baby bump in October at the UK premiere of her film “Sister Midnight”.
