Raashi Khanna is one of the well-known actresses in Telugu cinema. Though she has also worked in Hindi OTT shows recently her main focus remains on Telugu films.
After a slow phase last year, she has become quite busy again. She appeared in Telusu Kada this year and will next be seen in the big project Ustaad Bhagat Singh.
Apart from that Raashi was recently approached to act alongside a senior star in a new film. At first she was excited about the offer and even showed interest in signing it.
However after learning about her character she decided to step out. Few sources say she felt uncomfortable playing the romantic lead opposite a much older actor and worried it might affect her chances of getting roles with younger heroes in the future. Maybe her thought was also true.
Actress Raashi politely declined the offer and the film team are now searching for another female lead.
