Audiences across the country are excitedly expecting the premiere of ‘Pushpa: The Rule,’ a riveting action movie about red sanders smuggling. The success of the first chapter, which was attributed to Bunny‘s acting, Sukumar‘s narration, and DSP‘s great music, has raised anticipation for the sequel.
Sukumar is diligently crafting the film, with reports indicating that Netflix secured the OTT rights for a substantial sum, while theatrical releases are slated for March. A recent intriguing update reveals that Bunny will showcase his linguistic versatility by speaking Japanese in a pivotal sequence.
Sukumar’s narrative takes Pushparaj’s Red Sanders enterprise to an international level, involving the protagonist in dealings with Japanese smugglers. The climax, featuring Pushparaj eliminating the kingpin, is anticipated to be a highlight, characterized by intense violence. Noteworthy scenes include the Japanese sequence and the Gangammathalli Jathara.
Fahadh Fasil assumes the role of the primary antagonist in this sequel, produced by Mythri Movie Makers and directed by the creative Sukumar. Jagapathi is set to play a significant role, and Devi Sri Prasad aims to recreate the musical magic from ‘Pushpa: The Rise.’ The highly anticipated film is scheduled for release on August 15, 2024.
