After the blockbuster success of the KGF franchise director Prashanth Neel is in high demand. He is currently teaming up with NTR for an intense action thriller tentatively titled Dragon.
The film’s shoot is halfway done and is expected to release next year. Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts are jointly producing this high budget project.
Prashanth Neel and NTR are receiving huge payments for the film. Along with his hefty fee, Neel has also been promised 50% of the film’s profits.
The remaining profits will be equally shared by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts, with 25% each. NTR is reportedly being paid a triple-digit remuneration.
Rukmini Vasanth plays the female lead in Dragon. The technical team behind KGF and Salaar is also working on this film. Set against the backdrop of the Indian border, Dragon promises to be a gripping period action drama.
