Prabhas ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ Comes with High Ticket Costs

Kalki 2898 AD is an upcoming Telugu film featuring Prabhas in the lead roles, which is being directed by Nag Ashwin. Prominent stars such as Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan are also present in crucial characters in the movie. It was decided by the producers to raise the ticket prices with the production cost of 600 crore rupees.

The approved price increase is of 75 rupees for single screen and 100 rupees for the multiplex. Apart from taxes, a ticket is priced at 413 rupees for multiplexes and 265 rupees for single-screen cinemas. In 3D version, one has to pay 100 rupees extra for quality 3D glasses available in multiplex like Prasads making it totally 513 rupees.

There will be special early morning shows at 5:10:30 AM in Telangana. For these special shows, the ticket price is 377 rupees for single-screen theaters and 495 rupees for multiplex theaters. The film is expected to earn good sales revenue if it is well received. Even though the tickets for “Kalki 2898 AD” are incredibly expensive, the show will be worth the money.
