Pooja Hegde is the No 1 heroine as of now and there is no denying that fact. She is doing films back to back in Telugu and has also a film lined up with Salman Khan which is a biggie. For the past few days, there has been a talk that Pooja Hegde will be playing the female lead in a film that will have star hero Vijay as the main lead. This film will be directed by Sudha Kongara.

Seeing the buzz, Pooja said “Been reading all these tweets from fans on wanting to see me in Tamil cinema. I am so pleasantly surprised and touched to see this love. I promise you I am working on it. I just wanted to do a script that excites me, hence the delay/gap but you will c me soon.”
