It is well-known that hero Prabhas and director Maruthi are working on an as-yet-untitled film. Though the film went on the floors silently in October, the makers are yet to make an official announcement regarding the project.
Recently, the film has wrapped up a key schedule. For the same, a house set is erected by the team. Meanwhile, a picture of Maruthi checking his phone outside the house set in the night mood came out and went viral. In the pic, Maruthi is seen relaxed and checking updates on the phone. Reportedly, the film is going to be a horror comedy-drama. A couple of months back an on-location picture of the film came out and became a topic of discussion among the netizens. In the leaked picture from the sets, Prabhas is seen sitting next to Maruthi and chatting with the director. The moment is captured by someone from the team and posted it online but Prabhas’ look is not fully disclosed in the picture.
This crazy project has already wrapped up forty percent of its shooting part. Noted cinematographer Karthik Palani worked for Thalapathy Vijay’s Vaarasudu is working as the photographer for Prabhas-Maruthi’s film as well. As per the sources, Karthik Palani even worked as a cinematographer for Adipurush as well. Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt is roped in for a crucial role in Prabhas and director Maruthi’s film. Sources reveal that Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Ridhhi Kumar are doing the female lead roles in the film. People Media Factory banner is bankrolling this prestigious project.
