Pawan Kalyan’s “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” Is Not A Remake

We all know that “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” is Pawan Kalyan‘s upcoming cop action drama, directed by Harish Shankar, and is a remake of Vijay hit film “Theri”.

The team never clarified, which only fueled the speculations. Fans were disappointed, thinking Pawan was remaking another Tamil film, especially one that was already popular in Telugu states.

However, screenplay writer Dasarath recently cleared the air in an interview, stating that “Ustaad Bhagat Singh” is not a remake of “Theri”.

“There has been confusion because of some similarities, but the film is not a remake. The film will showcase everything fans love about Pawan Kalyan his attitude, dance, and witty style.

Harish Shankar has crafted Pawan’s character perfectly,” said Dasarath.

This film stars Sreeleela and Ashutosh Rana in key roles. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, with music composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
