We highly doubt it being happening, but the rumour is that the Vakeel Saab team is unsure about the film getting ready even for Dussehra season. As they cannot predict how long the scare will be present and how long it could take for them to really get things going, the team is keeping Sankranthi 2021 in mind, it seems. There is still lots of post-production work pending and even the shoot involving Pawan Kalyan is also pending. The actor has to allocate 15 working days for the film and post lock down, he could get busy with political activities and some sort of rescue operations, if any, to use the political situation to help himself, his party and people, as well.
Hence, the team thinks they may have to work around it and also, they have re-figure out the pre-planned schedules and also, think about social distancing norms to finish the project. If the theatres won’t open with full capacity by Dussehra, which seems unlikely, the producer doesn’t want to bare huge losses to what he had incurred already, it seems. For now, as even RRR team is rescheduling, the team is looking at vacated 8th January date, it seems. Interestingly, we hear that even Chiranjeevi’s Aacharya could be aiming for the same date or for a release around the same time. Never in their careers, Pawan Kalyan and Chiranjeevi films clashed. Will we see that happening now? As we said earlier, we doubt it but what if it happens?
