Pawan Kalyan, who is set to remake the Tamil film Veeram under the direction of his Gopala Gopala director Dolly, is likely to play a villager in the film complete with a lungi kanduva look! In the original, Ajith is seen in a similar avatar and we hear after considering going for a casual look, Pawan has finally given the nod to the look and the team is in discussions about the same.
A rural faction drama, the film will have all the elements that make a perfect emotional roller coaster – revenge, love, family sentiment and a comedy, of course. We hear director Dolly has been giving the script a complete new spin since he took over from SJ Suryah and PK is apparently satisfied with the way things are going on.
Starring Shruti Haasan as the female lead, the movie is set to go on floors early August.
