One more remake on the cards for Venkatesh?

It is well-known that senior hero Venkatesh is coming up with remake films such as Narappa and Drushyam 2. While Narappa is a remake of the Kollywood cult drama, Asuran, the latter is a Telugu remake of the acclaimed Malayalam thriller, Drishyam 2.

Reportedly, both the above-mentioned films have already wrapped up the entire shooting part and the makers are waiting for an appropriate time to release them. Meanwhile, the latest news circulating among media circles is that Venkatesh is keen on remaking the 2019 Malayalam comedy-drama, Driving License.

Starring Prithviraj and Suraj in the lead roles, the film’s core point revolves a motor vehicle inspector and a film actor. The original version was helmed by Jean Paul Lal. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.

Apart from Narappa and Drushyam 2, Venkatesh has been working on a comedy caper titled, F3 which is also aiming for a release this year itself.
