Nora Fatehi Lands In Legal Trouble

Nora Fatehi is facing legal trouble after Dunes Aviation filed a Rs. 3 crore civil defamation case against her in a Gandhinagar court.

The company objected to her social media comments about its chartered aircraft, which she allegedly called a “Lego airplane” and a “toy”.

The issue started after her Mumbai-Jaipur flight in December last year. Nora shared videos from inside the Cessna Citation CJ2 and questioned its size and suitability.

Dunes Aviation said the aircraft was safe, DGCA-certified and suitable for the journey. The company claims her comments damaged its reputation and business.

It is seeking Rs. 3 crore in damages, removal of the posts and a public clarification. The case will be heard on September 25th.
