Nivetha Thomas: I Don’t Want To Follow A Set Pattern

Nivetha Thomas is playing a mother in her new film, “35-Chinna Katha Kaadu“. The movie will be released on September 6th. During the promotions, Nivetha Thomas spoke with the media about her role.

She described “35-Chinna Katha Kaadu” as a simple and charming story, and mentioned that she plays a character named Saraswati, a homemaker.

She said, “In the film, Saraswati feels more real than Nivetha Thomas. Even young women in Indian society face questions about marriage, so playing a housewife doesn’t bother me”.

She also shared her thoughts as an actor “I’m expected to play a variety of roles. I would be happy if people think I did a great job as Saraswati, rather than just seeing me as a mother”.

She added, “I don’t want to follow a set pattern. The greatest joy for me as an actor is when directors believe I can play any role”.
