New Scenes, Fresh Cut: Peddi Set For Update

Ram Charan’s sports drama Peddi is continuing its strong run at the box office across the Telugu states.

After receiving feedback from audiences, the makers recently removed some scenes featuring Janhvi Kapoor and released an updated version in theatres. Now, the team is planning a few more changes to improve the film’s second half.

According to reports some scenes will be trimmed, while new episodes featuring Ram Charan and Jagapathi Babu will be added.

A few flashback sequences related to Gournaidu are also expected to be removed. The revised version will be sent for re-censorship before its release in theatres.

The makers are aiming to screen the updated cut before the weekend. An official announcement is expected once the censor formalities are completed. AR Rahman composed the film’s music and background score.
