Avasarala Srinivas has been one of those rare talents in Telugu Film Industry who had a good debut as an actor but proved himself to be more effective as a writer – director. No doubt he is one of the better actors in Telugu today, but after Asthachamma, his successful debut, he lost into an abyss with different films. Soon he found himself out of the industry as an actor but he came back stronger than ever as a director and actor with Ohalu Gusa Gusalade and Kanche.
The mentioned films gave him much deserved success and this year he was seen playing a negative role in Nani’s Gentleman. He got a good name for his portrayal and did much better with his film JoAtchyuthananda. The movie becoming a success helped him land an opportunity to direct his friend and actor Nani in a film. The film is set to take off in March April after Nani finishes his commitments. Before that Avasarala accepted to be a part of Hunterr remake, Babu Baaga Busy and as the shoot of the movie came to an end he is starting another movie with Regina Cassandra as a heroine.
Vijay will direct the movie and the movie will start shooting in early 2017 and will be completed by April it seems. All other details are yet to be known. Babu baaga busy was earlier slotted for a January release but it is now said that the movie might come out in February. Abhishek Pictures is producing the Movie with Tejaswi Madivada, Misti Chakraborty in lead characters.
