Junaid Khan, son of Bollywood legend Aamir Khan is now all set to make his debut with not just one but two films. Initially, he planned to make his debut with a movie alongside Sai Pallavi, however, the young actor was given a role in Maharaj, which is a Netflix Originals movie produced by Yash Raj Entertainment.
This period drama, which is under the direction of Siddharth P Malhotra who also directed Junaid’s other film titled ‘Ek Din’, portrays a journalist of the late 19th century investigating controversies about a religious leader.
The film has Shalini Pandey, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Sharvari in the lead roles, and the film has been slated for release on June 14. Though showing some reservations in reference to the film’s given topic, Netflix later cleared the air to affirm the release of the film in 2024.
A recent poster of two main actors Jaideep Ahlawat and Junaid Khan gives some idea about the aggressive theme of the movie. Also, Junaid is preparing himself to be paired opposite to Khushi Kapoor in the Hindi remake of ‘Love Today’ which also marks another promising venture in his career. In light of these various positions, there should be no doubt that Junaid Khan is destined to have a great career in the movie business.
