Nandamuri Balakrishna(NBK) has been scoring back-to-back hits and is currently busy with Akhanda 2. He also has a mass entertainer with Gopichand Malineni ready to begin shooting.
Recently, Balakrishna reportedly turned down two big-budget projects, Ram’s Andhra King Taluka and Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2.
For Andhra King Taluka, producers Mythri Movie Makers offered him a huge paycheck but he declined. Later they approached Kannada star Upendra who agreed to do the film.
Balakrishna was also in talks for Jailer 2 and was close to signing it but he backed out for undisclosed reasons. As per recent buzz Fahadh Faasil has been roped in for that role and an official update is expected soon.
After completing Gopichand Malineni’s project, Balakrishna will move on to his next film with Krish which will be announced shortly.
#Balakrishna Rejected Two Films
The character that Upendra eventually played was originally offered to Balakrishna.
Due to certain reasons, Balakrishna did not take up the role, and the makers later cast #Upendra for that character.
