Nagarjuna Calls Kubera A Social Drama With Real-Life Roots

Nagarjuna is all set for the release of Kubera directed by Sekhar Kammula, featuring Dhanush and Rashmika Mandanna in key roles.

This marks his first collaboration with Sekhar and Nagarjuna recently shared insights about the film and his role in the film.

He revealed that Kubera is not a typical film about personal rivalry but explores the conflict between three social classes, the wealthy, middle class and poor.

He plays a CBI officer from a middle class background a morally complex character with shades of grey. Inspired by real events Nag mentioned that his character is based on a real person.

He praised Dhanush for his dedication and ability to fully transform for every role. He also appreciated Rashmika’s warmth and her emotional performance.

Nag thanked producers Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao for giving Sekhar Kammula full creative freedom to develop the film.
