Only weeks earlier, he faced a low phase after the failure of War 2. Social media was harsh, and many criticized his choices, calling his silence a sign of weakness.
At the film’s success event, director Venky Atluri turned things around. After praising Dulquer, Nimish, and the Malayalam cast, he addressed Vamsi, saying, “In August you faced criticism, but by the end of August you gave a reply”.
