Naga Chaitanya recently tasted success with Thandel. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film has grossed over Rs. 110 crore worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film in Chaitanya’s career.
Riding on Thandel’s success, Chaitanya is now gearing up for his next film, tentatively titled NC24. The pre-production work is almost complete, and filming is set to begin in the last week of February.
NC24 is said to be a mystic thriller and is likely to feature Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead.
The film is directed by Virupaksha fame Karthik Varma Dandu and produced by Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings.
Bollywood actor Sparsh Shrivastava will play the villain, while Kantara fame Ajaneesh Loknath will compose the music.
