Nag-Nani film is not a remake!

Nagarjuna Akkineni after a long time decided to share the screen with another actor. Except with Jagapathi Babu, Nandamuri Hari Krishna, the actor did not play in multi-starrers. He has been highly cautious about the script and his role in the entire film. Finally, he liked a script that has the place for two heroes and he is shooting for the film, as well.

The movie is produced by Vyjayanthi movies, who came back into form with a bang, with Mahanati. The big production house has decided to take up this project even before Mahanati released and the shoot is in progress. Nani has been selected to play the other lead role. Rashmika Mandanna and Akanksha Singh are roped in as female leads.

Sriram Aditya, the director of the film had to come out and answer the recent discussion on social media indicating the movie to be a remake of Johnny Gaddar. He clarified by saying that the movie is his own script and not a remake of any film. Nagarjuna will be seen as a charming energetic brother of subtle and reserved Nani, in the film, it seems.
