Mukul Dev a well-known actor in Hindi and Telugu cinema, sadly passed away last night at the age of 54. The news broke this morning and was confirmed by her friend, Deepshikha Nagpal.
The cause of his death is still unclear. He was well known for his characters in Bollywood films like Son of Sardar and Jai Ho. He also acted in Telugu films like Adhurs and Krishna gaining recognition among Telugu viewers.
Born in Delhi and Mukul was the younger brother of veteran actor Rahul Dev. He was last seen in the Hindi film At the End.
Reports suggest that he had been dealing with health issues and was in the ICU for a few days although he was believed to be recovering.
Apart from Hindi and Telugu he acted in Bengali, Malayalam and Kannada films as well. His versatile talent will be missed.
