Mowgli wins, Sardaar is a No-Show

Sardaar Gabbar Singh might have started off on a phenomenal note in the weekend, raking in around 30 crores, in the opening day. But thanks to the poor reviews and the bad word of mouth, collections started dropping really badly.  However, when the word of mouth spread for Walt Disney’s people chose to watch that instead of SGS. “The Jungle Book” earned Rs. 10.09 crore on its opening day from the Indian box office and this is the second highest, after Akshay Kumar’s “Airlift, say the reports of an English daily. Tch-Tch, looks like Mowgli has already won the war over Gabbar Singh!
