Mohanlal’s Drishyam 3 Officially Announced

Mohanlal and director Jeethu Joseph are teaming up again for Drishyam 3. Their previous films Drishyam and Drishyam 2 were massive hits and were remade in multiple languages.

Today Mohanlal officially announced that Drishyam 3 is happening with Jeethu directing and Antony Perumbavoor producing.

He shared a message saying, “The past will always be remembered,” confirming the film. Fans are thrilled, and the news is trending everywhere.

The Drishyam series, known for its gripping crime thriller story made Malayalam cinema more popular worldwide. The first two parts were remade in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Sinhalese and even Chinese.

Drishyam 2 which came out on Prime Video eight years after the first film surprised audiences again with its thrilling ending hinting at a sequel.

Mohanlal acknowledged how Drishyam boosted Malayalam cinema and reached a wider audience, especially since Drishyam 2 was released during the pandemic.

The makers will soon announce the release date and fans can’t wait to see what’s next in this thrilling story.
