Adivi Sesh’s patriotic drama, Major had a pan-India theatrical release yesterday. Opened to a decent word of mouth, the film has performed well on its opening day in twin Telugu states. As per the trade reports, the film has collected Rs 3.98 crore share at the Telugu box office. Below is area wise break-up figure.

As the film has collected Rs 7.03 crore on the first day, it should collect Rs 7.97 crore more to achieve the break-even target.
