Adivi Sesh’s starrer Major, a patriotic drama based on the life story of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan who sacrificed his life during the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks has emerged as a box office hit. The film entered into the profits zone in its first week itself and even had a decent run at the ticket windows in its 2nd week also. Below is area-wise breakup data for Major 2-week collections.

As per the reports, Major pre-release business is done for Rs 14.93 crore and should collect Rs 15 crore share to achieve the break-even status. In box office prospects, Major is now a super hit at the box office as it collected double the figure than the break-even figure.
