It is widely known that the first Superstar of Telugu cinema, Krishna passed away a few days back. After complaining of a severe cardiac arrest, Krishna was admitted to Continental Hospitals, Gachibowli.
Despite all efforts, the doctors at Continental Hospitals couldn’t save Krishna and announced his death in the early hours of November 15th. The 79-years-old legendary actor acted in close to 350 films in his five decades professional career. He was last seen in the 2016 film titled, Sri Sri which was directed by Muppalaneni Siva.
After the demise of Krishna, his family members are going through an emotional phase. Especially, Krishna’s son Mahesh Babu is seen in depressed mode during the third-day ceremony of Krishna. Meanwhile, the latest news is that to immerse the ashes in the holy Krishna river, Mahesh Babu went to Vijayawada this morning. In an Airport video, Mahesh Babu along with his brother-in-law Swaroop and director Trivikram are seen going to the Krishna River Ghat. Reportedly, Mahesh Babu will conduct the last rites and immerse his father’s ashes in the river and return back to Hyderabad by evening.
On the professional front, Mahesh Babu has a project under the direction of Trivikram at the filming stage. Tentatively titled SSMB28, the film’s shooting is currently halted due to the demise of Mahesh’s father Krishna and mother Indira Devi( in September).
