Mahesh Babu as cricketer and a farmer?

Maharshi is going to be a true journey of a young man to an adult and a man who becomes human by helping his village. The journey will be a rolar coaster ride of happiness, friendship and adventure, it seems.

Vamshi Paidipally, the director decided to make the Superstar do what he has not done in his previous movies while the story moves close to few plots he did explore.

After Okkadu, Mahesh did not play a sportsperson character in any of his film and this one will be exception as he is going to be shown as a cricket player at University level for a brief period in the film.

Later, he becomes CEO of an MNC and then a farmer. The journey of the hero will be the entire usp of the film it seems. Movie is releasing on 25th April. Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh are playing other leads.
