Kubera Aims To Boost Tollywood

Tollywood is currently in a tough spot with few new movies, leading many theaters to temporarily close.

All hopes are now on Dhanush and Sekhar Kammula‘s social drama, Kubera, releasing on June 20th. The industry believes this film can help revive single-screen cinemas.

King Nagarjuna and Rashmika Mandanna also play key roles. Today, the third song, “Pippi Pippi Dum Dum Dum,” was launched in Mumbai, with the main cast present.

Dhanush, asked about his role as a beggar, jokingly denied doing much research. He clarified he simply followed director Sekhar Kammula‘s brilliant guidance, who taught him every nuance and made his job easy.

Dhanush stressed that Kubera is very special to him, deserving this level of promotion.
