Samyuktha Hegde, the dancer turned actress from Kannada Cinema found a huge success in her debut Kirik Party. The movie became a huge hit in Sandalwood by collecting more than 50 crores and the actress as the second lead impressed many along with Rashmika Mandanna. Now, in Telugu remake of the movie, she will be debuting with Nikhil Siddhartha.
Sudheer Verma and Chandu Mondeti are sharpening up the script for Telugu nativity. As the director, Koppisetty Sharan wanted the actresses to be on the same level as the two in Kannada, the team tried to find suitable replacements in Telugu among the new enthusiasts who came for auditions. As the characters are too important and they did not want to take chance, producers approached both the actresses who played in the original, Rashmika Mandanna and Samyuktha Hegde to play the same roles in Telugu and they have accepted.
Sources confirmed this and the actresses will start shooting for their parts from October after Nikhil’s marriage. Samyuktha Hegde is highly excited to debut with this movie, while Rashmika has already signed a movie with Naga Shourya. We have to see if they can re-create the magic in Telugu too.
