KGF Chapter 2 to release on this date?

Kannada star actor-director duo Yash and Prashanth Neel’s highly-anticipated pan-India gangster drama, KGF Chapter 2 is carrying high expectations among the audience. Earlier this year, the makers have announced that the film will be out in the month of July but due to the Covid second wave, the release has been postponed.

Now, the latest news coming in from industry sources is that the makers planning to release the film on September 9th if there is no impact of Covid third wave across the country. Alongside Yash, the film also stars Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Sandalwood actress Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj among others in the key roles.

Vijay Kiragandur has bankrolled KGF 2 under his Hombale Films banner. Ravi Basrur is the film’s music composer.
