Kannappa Day 1 Collections

Manchu Vishnu’s Kannappa, released on June 27, got a strong start at the box office. Made with huge budget, the film received positive talk on Day 1, leading to sold-out evening and night shows in many areas. Prabhas cameo attracted huge crowds, boosting the openings.

Overall, Kannappa marked one of the best Day 1 openings in Vishnu’s career.

Kannappa did a worldwide theatrical business of Rs. 86 crore. To break even, the film needs to earn a share of Rs. 87 crore. On its first day, the movie earned a share of Rs. 7.87 crore and collected around Rs. 15 crore gross. That means it still needs to earn Rs. 79.13 crore share to reach the break-even point.
