The elections for the Telugu Film and TV Dancers and Dance Directors Association took place yesterday, and Joseph Prakash was elected as the new President.
Meanwhile, a report surfaced claiming that choreographer Jani Master was expelled from the Association due to allegations of sexual assault against a woman choreographer.
The case is currently under investigation, and Jani Master is out on bail. After these reports, Jani Master released a video denying the news and clarified his stance.
“A false rumor is spreading that I was expelled from the Telugu Film and TV Dancers and Dance Directors Association. Please don’t believe such news. I am an active member of the Association, and my membership is valid”.
“I am opposing the elections that took place yesterday and will share more details soon. I thank everyone for their support. Some channels are spreading fake news without verifying facts. No one has the authority to remove a member or block their work and talent. I am currently working on a song, and rehearsals are underway. I respect my Union and will continue to fight against the recent elections,” said Jani Master.
